In human diet and nutrition, the importance of protein for our health, cannot be emphasised enough as it provides the biological backbone to many of the metabolic functions in our bodies. As protein is an essential nutrient and can only be obtained from food it is important to make sure you are working with your practitioner to make sure you are eating the right quantity.
This years calendar I decided to give you some meal inspiration and carefully selected whole real food recipes with the meal focus on a good serve of protein.
